Individual Therapy
Maybe you are struggling to feel like yourself lately. Or maybe you don’t even know what ‘feeling like yourself’ means. Either way, I’m here to provide compassion and support while you navigate this journey called life. You are the expert of your own life, and I am honored to walk alongside you. I find that most individuals benefit from weekly therapy sessions. However, bi-weekly and monthly sessions are available and can be quite beneficial as individuals progress in therapy.

Insurance
I do not accept insurance plans at this time. If you’d like to submit an insurance claim independently, I’m happy to provide you with a “Superbill” for each session. Please contact your insurance provider for details regarding this process.
Payment
Payments are due at the time of service and I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure to provide 24 hours notice. Otherwise, you will be charged the full rate for the session.
